Research projects related to nursing employability and career development are welcome. Depending on student interest and context, a range of issues would be relevant if there is a potential to add to the body of knowledge. Contexts might include employability in the nursing curriculum, workforce sustainability, rural and remote areas, and the use of technology and its application to promoting employability diversity within the profession. Projects also related to psychological factors that influence the recruitment, and retention of rural health workers are also encouraged.
