International and domestic Non English Speaking Background (NESB) students’ language difficulties in learning and cross-cultural challenges in Australian universities are not only important, but are continuing issues when embarking upon their new journey in a different learning environment. According to their language proficiency, NESB students begin to study on many different types of programs that the Australian education providers offer. Despite the level of their different English language proficiency, these cohorts face a lot of hardships during their studies.

The methodologies applied to this area are mainly composed of quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods. Example specific project focuses are:
• Avoiding plagiarism: A case study of EAP/undergraduate degree program
• EAP teachers/university lecturers’ pedagogical views on hybrid mode EAP/undergraduate courses delivery during the Covid-19 pandemic
• NESB students’ academic writing: A pedagogical framework for EAP/undergraduate assignment writing
